Ceramic Fiber Bulk with typical classification temperature 1260℃ and 1420℃ is made from high quality raw materials, which are eletro-melted, fiberized by spun or blown process.
Mullite Fiber Bulk with typeical classication temperature 1600℃ is made by Chemical method, raw material aluminum powder and aluminum chloride crystal reacts to create colloid, through process of swing,middle temperature calcination and high temperature calcination to make it transform into crystal fiber.
These fibers offer high temperature resistance, superior insulating performance, flexibility, resilience, resisting most chemical attack except hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acids and strong alkalies. The sound absorption capabilities of the fibers are much better than other refractories.
